Difficulties with Subscription

What is the ordering process?
  The ordering process for two types of purchase, school-based subscription and individual subscription, is different.
 

School-based or Group-based Subscription (Through Parents’ Letter)

Our staff members will visit the school and collect the reply slips as well as subscription fees. After this, it will take 3 working days to input personal particulars of students. Upon the completion of input and verification processes, we will open a personal account for each student.

The whole process will take around 7 working days. Students who have subscribed to the programme will receive a login card and a user guide through the teacher-in-charge at school. The expiry date of the programme, username and password will be printed on the card. Students can log onto the platform a limitless number of times and start learning English.


 

Individual Subscription (Not Through Schools)

Once we have received your subscription form and a cheque or a receipt of transfer, we will send an email giving the details of your account. Once the email has been received, the student can use i-Learner platforms thereafter.
