Difficulties with Subscription

 How do I pay the fee?
　
Pay by cheque

Customers can settle the fee by mailing a crossed cheque.

Method：

·         The cheque must be crossed and the back of it should contain the personal information of the student ( Chinese and English names, name of the school and class and contact information (Telephone number or e-mail address)

·         Include a photocopy of the subscription form

Time needed of transfer:

It requires 5 working days for the transfer to take effect.

Points to note：

·         Please do not submit cash or a promissory note by post.

·         No receipt will be issued for any payments made by cheque.

·         If you have not received a call from us 3 days after the mailing of the cheque, please contact us on 3113 8815.
　

　
Pay by bank deposit

Customers can directly transfer the subscription fee to our bank account.

Method:

Please transfer the amount to the HSBC account of Nebula Group Limited. Then, post the deposit receipt together with the subscription form to us (address shown below). Customers can also fax the deposit receipt and a photocopy of the subscription form to 2384 9363.

Pay by online banking

Customers can settle the subscription fee via online banking.

Method：

Any customers that have registered with an online banking service can pay the fee online. After the payment has been settled, print out the record of transfer and post it together with the subscription form to us. Customers can also fax the two above-mentioned documents to 2384 9363.

The time required for the transfer to take effect varies, ranging from 0 to 1 day. Please enquire at your bank for details.

Points to note：

·         No receipt will be issued for any payments made by online deposit.

·         If customers are not using the Internet banking service offered by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), extra administrative fees may be charged by other banks. Please enquire at your bank before making the payment.
