Why is it that I can find my score in "Score Card", while in My Learning Report and Top Reader chart, my score is displayed as "zero"?
Your score may not have been uploaded to our server system. Please return to the exercise shown as "incomplete" and then click Score Card again. The record in the Score Card will be uploaded again. Once you return to My Learning Report and the Top Reader page, the scores should be correctly displayed. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.
