Why have my scores disappeared from My Learning Report? |
If the level of your i-Learner account has been adjusted, the score that was obtained in the past level will not be displayed in the learning report of the new level. However, our computer system will retain your coin records in all levels, and display the cumulative coins in the new level. Please contact us on 31138815 for further enquiries. |
