I have completed an exercise but My Learning Report still shows that the exercise has not been completed?

Possible Cause 1: You have only completed one of several parts of the exercise

It may be due to the fact that you have only completed one of several parts of the exercise. Please check the score card of the exercise to see if there are any incomplete parts of exercise. If all the exercises are completed, you can see the total score of the exercise on the score card.


Possible Cause 2: In some very rare cases, your score might not have been transmitted to our server.
Please return to the exercise concerned and click on its Score Card page again. It will allow the score of the exercises to be uploaded to the server again. You will see the correct score when you go back to the “My Learning Report” and “Top Reader” page.

Possible Cause 3: Updates of scores in progress
Your scores will first be uploaded to our server before appearing in "My Learning Report". Given that, occasionally, the network at the student’s home may be busy or our server may have been receiving a large amount of data, it may require 10 seconds to finish the uploading process. Hence, upon the completion of the exercise, stay on the "Score Card" page and wait until the message "Saving, please wait!" disappears.
